Position Overview: Latitude is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Director who thrives at the intersection of client leadership, creative ambition, and business growth. You know how to build trust with clients while pushing work further than expected. Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead Client Partnerships: Serve as the senior day-to-day strategic lead across assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and ensuring long-term partnership success.
  • Drive Strategic Thinking: Guide integrated marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand programs with thoughtful, proactive leadership that pushes work and business outcomes forward.
  • Champion Great Work: Evaluate briefs critically, inspire bold thinking, and help clients see opportunities beyond the expected. Partner closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver breakthrough ideas.
  • Own Account Health: Manage scopes, budgets, profitability, timelines, and resourcing with accountability and precision while maintaining a high standard of quality and execution.
  • Create Team Alignment: Bring together cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, media, PR, production, and client leadership to ensure clarity, collaboration, and momentum.
  • Grow the Business: Identify opportunities for organic account growth and contribute to new business development and pitching efforts.
  • Lead with Positivity: Foster a team environment built on trust, transparency, accountability, and shared wins — creating energy and momentum even during fast-moving moments.

Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of experience in account leadership at an advertising agency or marketing firm
  • Proven success leading key client relationships and integrated marketing work
  • Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to guide both clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results
  • Experience overseeing budgets, scope, and profitability
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Track record of delivering high-quality, creative work that performs

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for performance-based growth. The expected salary range for this role is $125,000 – $145,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit.
