[Note: Even if you fall below or above the required experience, do not hesitate to introduce yourself by applying.]

Latitude is a strategic creative agency committed to using business as a force for good. We’re women-owned and fiercely independent. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape breakthrough platforms for world-class brands. You’ll contribute to a culture that values bold thinking, integrity, and growth — and help us continue to defy limits. Of the budget. Of timelines. Of categories. Of expectations.

Position Overview: Latitude is looking for a strategic, proactive, and relationship-driven Account Supervisor who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, creative collaboration, and executional excellence. You know how to build trust with clients while keeping integrated campaigns moving forward with clarity and momentum. You think beyond deliverables and timelines — bringing smart strategic thinking, strong communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every stage of the work.

You’re equally comfortable leading day-to-day client conversations, shaping briefs that inspire stronger ideas, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver breakthrough work across paid, owned, and earned channels. You understand how to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, and you bring calm, confidence, and accountability to fast-moving environments.

If You Are:

A relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and knows how to navigate client dynamics with confidence and empathy.

Someone who can balance strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution.

A proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges before they happen and keeps projects moving forward.

A collaborative leader who enjoys working across creative, strategy, media, production, PR, and account teams.

A communicator who brings clarity, organization, and positivity to every conversation.

A team-first contributor who values shared wins, open feedback, and doing what it takes to get great work into the world.

Curious about culture, marketing, technology, and how brands can show up in meaningful ways.

A resilient multitasker who can manage complexity, shifting priorities, and multiple workstreams without losing momentum.

We want to hear from you.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead Client Partnerships: Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and guiding communications across assigned accounts.
  • Drive Strategic Thinking: Contribute to integrated campaign development, marketing programs, and brand initiatives by helping shape stronger briefs, sharper strategies, and more impactful work.
  • Champion Great Work: Partner closely with creative and strategy teams to elevate ideas, ensure alignment, and push work to its highest potential.
  • Own the Process: Manage projects from scope development through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards stay on track.
  • Solve Problems Proactively: Anticipate client needs, identify risks early, and navigate challenges with calm, thoughtful solutions.
  • Keep Teams Connected: Collaborate across disciplines—including creative, strategy, media, production, and PR—to bring integrated ideas to life effectively and efficiently.
  • Present with Confidence: Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and client discussions with clarity, organization, and professionalism.
  • Support Growth: Mentor junior account team members and contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute Beyond the Brief: Participate in new business efforts, pitches, and agency initiatives that help grow both the work and the agency.

Qualifications:

  • 6–9 years of experience in account management at an advertising agency or marketing firm
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results
  • Experience managing budgets, scope, and profitability
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for performance-based growth. The expected salary range for this role is $95,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit.
