Position Overview: Latitude is looking for an idea-driven Associate Creative Director (Art Director) who thinks conceptually big and knows how to bring platforms to life with craft. You see how ideas stretch across film, digital, social, retail, experiential, and earned; and how all those pieces need to work together visually. From the first concept through production, you help shape the work's look and feel and make smart decisions that elevate the idea at every step. Perseverance and calm when timelines tighten or budgets flex are a must.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Drive Big Ideas: Develop visually compelling, integrated ideas that work across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Define the Visual World: Build and evolve brand visual systems that scale across media and feel cohesive at every touchpoint.
  • Direct with Confidence: Lead photo shoots, video productions, design explorations and experiential builds with clarity and taste.
  • Collaborate with Ease: Partner with art directors, designers, and across all disciplines—plus clients--to develop breakthrough work.
  • Persuasive Presentations: Bring strong presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Make It Happen: Navigate timelines, budgets and production realities without compromising creative ambition — taking ownership from concept to launch.
  • Elevate the Team: Mentor art directors and designers, raising the level of craft and conceptual thinking across the department.

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across varied industries, from consumer brands to B2B clients (we’d love to see how you turned an average ask into an above-average idea), demonstrating both creative range and depth.
  • 5–9+_ years of agency or creative experience with a proven ability to execute ideas across the integrated spectrum of media.
  • Ego-free and adaptable, you embrace every assignment with optimism.
  • Award-show recognition is a plus. A passion to do work that’s celebrated by culture is a must.  

Title and compensation will reflect experience, portfolio strength, and leadership scope.

Salary Range: 110K-155K
