Position Overview:
Latitude is looking for a big-ideas thinker and versatile writer who can craft bold campaigns and thumb-stopping copy across a wide range of brands and audiences. You’re a cultural sponge, turning insights and trends into smart, disruptive, creative work. From brainstorming big ideas to fine-tuning the smallest details, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two projects are the same.

Core responsibilities include:
- Drive Big Ideas: Develop conceptually strong, integrated ideas that work across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Define the Narrative: Help shape brand voice, messaging frameworks and campaign storytelling that scale across media.
- Write with Range: Craft on-brand copy across film, digital, social, experiential, retail and B2B communications.
- Collaborate with Ease: Partner with art directors, designers, and across all disciplines—plus clients—to develop breakthrough work.
- Persuasive Presentations: Bring strong presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
- Make It Happen: Navigate timelines, budgets and production realities without compromising creative ambition — taking ownership from concept to launch.
- Elevate the Team: Mentor writers and junior creatives, raising the level of craft and conceptual thinking across the department.
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across varied industries, from consumer brands to B2B clients (we’d love to see how you turned an average ask into an above-average idea), demonstrating both creative range and depth.
- 3–8 years of agency or creative experience with a proven ability to execute ideas across the integrated spectrum of media.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to move fluidly from brand storytelling to short-form copy.
- Ego-free and adaptable, you embrace every assignment with optimism.
- Award-show recognition is a plus. A passion to do work that’s celebrated by culture is a must.
Title and compensation will reflect experience, portfolio strength, and leadership scope.
Salary Range: 105K-155K
