You’re a cultural sponge, turning insights and trends into smart, disruptive, creative work. Core Responsibilities:
- Think big, execute bigger: Champion the big idea and maintain its integrity throughout every stage to deliver big results.
- Medium Agnostic: Craft on-brand copy for advertising, digital, social, experiential, and more.
- Switch Gears Effortlessly: Tackle projects ranging from sneaker culture campaigns to B2B startup messaging, maintaining creativity and gumption no matter the assignment.
- Collaborate with Ease: Partner with art directors, designers, and across all disciplines—plus clients--to develop breakthrough work.
- Persuasive Presentations: Bring strong presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
- Client Partnership: Present ideas confidently, take feedback constructively, and push for work that makes an impact.
- Mentorship & Growth: Guide and inspire junior team members, offering feedback and fostering a collaborative, creative-first culture.
- Executional Excellence: Oversee the visual execution of campaigns, ensuring consistency, quality, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on cultural, industry, and design trends, bringing fresh ideas and strategic insights to every project.
- New Business Contributions: Participate in pitches and creative communications to help win new business and grow the agency’s portfolio.

Qualifications:
- A strong, award-winning portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, experiential, and traditional media.
- Proven ability to develop and execute work across a variety of media channels, including TV, online and social content, and experiential platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- AI-savvy and always exploring, you’re eager to experiment with emerging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a flexible, solution-focused mindset.
- Passion for mentorship, creative excellence, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Award-show recognition is a plus. A passion for work that resonates with culture is a must.
The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 to $110,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit.
