Social Content Creator
Latitude is a strategic creative agency committed to using business as a force for good. We’re women owned – and fiercely independent. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on breakthrough creative with world-class brands. You’ll contribute to a culture that values innovation, integrity and growth and help us continue to push boundaries to ignite extraordinary growth for our clients.
Position Overview: Latitude is looking for a hands-on, scroll-savvy content creator who loves making content that moves fast and makes noise. You might be a designer, shooter, editor—or all three. What matters most is your love for platforms, your creative instincts, and your ability to make things that feel right now. You know how to concept, create, and bring social ideas to life in a way that’s visually exciting and culturally on point.
Note: Even if you fall below or above the required experience, do not hesitate to introduce yourself by applying.
If you are:
A creative doer who thrives on making content that’s relevant, reactive, and impossible to scroll past.
Equally comfortable designing a meme, editing a Reel, or experimenting with AI tools.
A platform-native thinker who understands how different audiences behave across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta.
Energized by culture, agile production, and storytelling in all its forms—from sound-led trends to short-form series.
A reliable collaborator who can take feedback, iterate fast, and keep energy high along the way.
Then we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Make Things That Matter (on Social): Design, shoot, animate, and edit content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and more.
- Create Across Brands: Flex your style across CPG, lifestyle, retail, and cause-based brands, always aligning with voice and audience.
- Own the Process: From concept to execution, you bring social ideas to life—quickly and effectively.
- Stay Trend-Smart: Bring timely ideas to the table and know what to jump on and how to make it brand-relevant.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work with copywriters, art directors, and community managers to create integrated, cohesive work.
- Experiment & Evolve: Test new formats, tools, and techniques—AI, templates, motion, lo-fi capture—and push the boundaries of what content can be.
- Edit & Format with Finesse: Deliver content that's optimized by platform, goal, and audience—with strong hooks and polished execution.
- Support Bigger Campaigns: Contribute to campaign extensions and ongoing always-on content.
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in content creation, visual storytelling, or social media creative—at an agency or creative in-house team.
- A portfolio showcasing platform-first content across video, design, animation, or photography. Bonus for anything that got attention online.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar. Bonus if you’re curious about AI tools or motion.
- A strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and creative editing across formats.
- Familiarity with trends, memes, and platform-specific storytelling techniques.
- A growth mindset. You’re eager to try new things, take creative risks, and level up your skills.
- Strong time management and communication skills—you’re organized, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 to $85,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit.
